1. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total estimated delivery time is 6-11 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


2. Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

Is my payment secure? Yes, 100%. We use SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal and payment information is kept safe and secure.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at support@kixxy.shop within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


4. Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item? We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@kixxy.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
